Part 141. The published $89,235 covers Private, Instrument, Commercial single-engine, and the initial CFI; the multi rating, CFII, and MEI are paid add-ons. About 12 months to flight instructor; the 1,500 hours for the airlines come after, by instructing (income, not program cost). Does not reduce the 1,500-hour airline minimum.
