   Plenty of schools charge more for advanced instruction. A flat rate quoted for the Private can climb later.

   It changes the minimum hours, and for some students it changes financing eligibility.

   No instructor figure appears anywhere on the site, and the school routes training enquiries to two instructors' personal email addresses.

   It is in the fleet with no price, and Cirrus time is usually taught by a CSIP at a premium.

   Block discounts are common and rarely published. The refund terms matter more than the discount.

   The DPE fee alone runs $800 to $1,200 in most of the country and is almost never in a quoted hourly rate.

   Availability decides your pace, and pace decides your total more than the hourly rate does.

What we checked

Publishes one wet hourly rate for its two 172s and nothing else. The fleet page is also a staff page, which is why the figure sits in a paragraph rather than on a rate card. Checked August 13, 2026.
