Treat $120 as a floor for the cheapest airplane on the field rather than as the rate you will pay.    Plenty of schools charge more for advanced instruction. A flat rate quoted for the Private can climb later.

Publishes a fleet by TYPE with no tail numbers and no per-aircraft prices, and a single marketing floor of "as low as $120/hr". A Piper Seneca twin is in the list, so the multi rating is plausible here, but nothing about it is costed. No instruction rate. Checked August 6, 2026.
