    Rates are wet: Bravo states that all rates include fuel, and bills in tenths of an hour. Instruction is a flat $70 an hour across the whole fleet and both bases. Five of the six Skyhawks fly from Frederick and one from Martinsburg, West Virginia, so which airplanes you can book depends on where you train. Bravo asks for a $1,000 minimum account balance before training starts, which goes toward flight time rather than being a deposit, and sells starter packages at $1,999.95 and $3,999.95. Bravo dates this pricing to February 2026.
